‘Lawyer Up, Motherf*ckers’: Mike Davis Announces Grand Jury Launching in January to POSSIBLY Investigate ‘Crossfire Hurricane’ and Biden’s Lawfare Against Trump. Mike Davis, founder of the Article III Project and former law clerk to Justice Neil Gorsuch, announced that a grand jury will be impaneled in January 2026 to potentially investigate the origins of Crossfire Hurricane and Biden’s weaponized lawfare against President Donald Trump.Last month, Davis broke the news on X: “Miami U.S. Attorney Jason Reding Quiñones is empaneling a new grand jury in Fort Pierce, Florida,” he posted. The order has a start date of January 12, 2026. While the filing does not explicitly list its investigative scope, Davis has repeatedly pushed for criminal accountability tied to FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane operation, the 2016 counterintelligence probe that falsely accused Trump’s campaign of colluding with Russia. Davis also emphasized that this is the same jurisdiction where the FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago occurred. n his interview with Benny Johnson, Davis, who is also a former Chief Counsel for Nominations to Senator Chuck Grassley, praised Grassley’s recent findings showing how the Biden DOJ used the 2020 election challenge as a pretext to open criminal investigations into Trump, his aides, and even U.S. Senators. (Video)

So ‘Trump 28,’ Trump is going to be president of ’28 and people just ought to get accommodated with that,” Bannon told a bewildered Beddoes, who asked, “So what about the 22nd Amendment?” Bannon noted a plan would be announced when appropriate, and explained the hardships Trump’s endured so far prove he’s been ordained by a higher authority to fulfill a higher purpose. Trump has previously trolled Democrats with third term talk, however, Bannon doesn’t seem to be joking around, and the more he mentions, “Trump 2028,” it does seem to have a nice ring to it.
