The FBI executed a federal search warrant at the residence of 38-year-old Brian Keith Kapileo Nepaial on Oct. 10 in connection with incident. Agents discovered a laser pointer and more than 100 grams of methamphetamines in Kapileo Nepaial’s bedroom and took him into custody. “Laser strikes are a serious matter with potentially deadly repercussions. They put the lives of the pilots and the public at risk. Aiming or pointing a laser at an aircraft is a federal crime and will be prosecuted,” said Scott E. Bradford, U.S. Attorney for the District of Oregon. He faces up to five years in prison for the laser strike and up to 40 years if convicted of possessing methamphetamine with the intent to distribute.

Far Left Media Hack Outed At CNN, Don Lemon Says Minorities Should Purchase Firearms to Protect Themselves From ICE Agents.  Former CNN host Don Lemon has suggested that minorities should purchase firearms in order to protect themselves against law enforcement. In an interview this week on The Left Hook with Wajahat Ali podcast, Lemon said that ethnic minorities should embrace their Second Amendment rights in case Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents come knocking at their door. “If you believe in the Second Amendment, if you believe in the Constitution, Black people, Brown people of all stripes, whether you’re an Indian American or a Mexican American or whoever  you are, go out in your place where you live and get a gun legally,” he explained.  His remarks come as the Trump administration continues to carry out its pledge of mass deportations targeting America’s vast population of illegal immigrants.
