GOP Congressman Proposes MAMDANI Act That Would Suspend Federal Funding to New York. Republican Congressman Buddy Carter of Georgia has introduced a bill to cut off federal funding to New York City for as long as Radical Leftist Democrat Socialist Zohran Mamdani serves as mayor. The measure, titled the Moving American Money Distant from Anti-National Interests Act (MAMDANI Act), “Notwithstanding any other provision of law, during any period in which Zohran Mamdani is mayor of New York, New York, any unobligated Federal funds available for the city are hereby rescinded,” states a copy of the bill obtained by Fox News. It adds that “no federal funds may be obligated or expended for any purpose to New York.” The legislation is expected to be introduced on Friday.

Despite Republicans controlling the Senate, they cannot reopen the government or pass legislation without Democrats voting in favor. Trump has repeatedly called on Senate Republicans to invoke the “nuclear option” and terminate the filibuster. Without Trump’s public approval for a deal that would include ACA negotiations, Democrats don’t think Thune can deliver 60 Senate votes to keep health insurance premiums where they are. Meanwhile, President Trump reiterated his call for Senate R’s to end the filibuster.

Bondi RIPS Obama Judge for Forcing USDA to Raid Children’s “School-Lunch Money to Fund SNAP Benefits” And Playing Dirty Trick with Timing of Court Order. 
​US Attorney General Pam Bondi went off on Obama-appointed John McConnell for forcing the USDA to raid school-lunch money to fund SNAP benefits.US District Judge John McConnell, an Obama appointee, scolded DOJ lawyers on Thursday during a hearing and ordered the Trump Administration to fully deliver the SNAP benefits to states by Friday. Bondi ripped the judge for raiding the school lunch program to fund SNAP. “That TRO purports to force the government to divert some $5 billion from the school lunch program to SNAP by the end of today,” Bondi said.

So, Judge McConnell exacerbated his own manufactured emergency by starting the government’s clock just after the First Circuit closed for the day, forcing an even faster rush today to disadvantage the government further.
