Mario Diaz-Balart discussed their belief that former President Barack Obama plotted a coup and committed treason. During the on-air interview, the pair discussed Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard’s recent revelation about how Obama was behind the Russiagate hoax in 2016. Gabbard called for the prosecution of former President Barack Obama and others involved, asserting that the fabricated intelligence damaged U.S. national security and public trust. She wrote, "These documents detail a treasonous conspiracy by officials at the highest levels of the Obama White House to subvert the will of the American people and try to usurp the President from fulfilling his mandate." The documents show that U.S. intelligence agencies under Obama assessed that Russia played no role in influencing the election outcome through cyberattacks or other means, both before and after the vote. (Video)

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries Under Fire For Pressuring Federal Judges To Fire U.S. Attorney For The District Of New Jersey Alina Habba. GOP legal activists file ethics complaint against Jeffries. In response to Democrat House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries’ recent call for federal district judges to dismiss U.S. Attorney Alina Habba hours after she announced charges against Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver (N.J.) for assaulting an officer at a New Jersey ICE detention center earlier this month, Republican legal activists are now filing a complaint in her defense. Attorney Mike Davis, former Chief Counsel for Nominations to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, blasted Jeffries for “corruptly strong-arming” the 17 New Jersey U.S. district judges, a majority of whom are Democrat appointees. Davis elaborated on his complaint during an appearance on Bannon’s War Room Monday, saying, “This is purely political from Hakeem Jeffries,” and accusing him of attempting to get the judges “to violate their judicial ethics.”

Harvard is challenging the Trump administration’s freeze, which stems from the elite university’s refusal to comply with demands, including implementing merit-based hiring practices and reforming screening and admissions practices for international students to prevent admissions of students “hostile to the American values,” including students who support “terrorism or anti-Semitism.” After oral arguments on Monday, Trump ripped U.S. District Judge for the District of Massachusetts Allison Burroughs, who is overseeing the case.
