Davis said Obama has zero protection from prosecution if he participated in the cover-up after leaving office. Mike Davis explained that presidential immunity only protects actions taken while someone is actively serving as President. Once they’re no longer in office, they lose that protection. So, if a former president is involved in a criminal cover-up after leaving office, they can be held legally accountable—immunity no longer applies.

Justice Department Receives Tulsi Gabbard’s Criminal Referral Related to Russia Hoax Documents That Implicates Barack Obama. The Justice Department confirmed it received ODNI Tulsi Gabbard’s criminal referral related to the Russia collusion hoax documents that revealed Barack Obama manufactured intelligence to derail Trump. Gabbard declassified a December 2016 presidential briefing revealing Barack Obama knew the Trump-Russia collusion narrative was a hoax. Barack Obama knew it was a hoax and he was involved in manufacturing and politicizing the intelligence to create the Trump-Russia collusion canard.
