Commentary: This lawfare action is sensationalized In order to  Hijack the 2024 election, a desperate  one sided action is to make Trump look like dirty a insurrectionist criminal.  Smearing Trump in order to swing and Hijack the votes and election to Harris, keeping Trump out of Presidential office and through him in prison. This is the typical action planned days before the election in order to repeated 2020 election Hijack. The 2020 election was legal due to we were under a federal state of emergency, and because of the action the states changed voting laws and procedures,  used massive and skillfully orchestrated ballot voting process to keep Trump from gaining ground and from reaching 270 electoral votes, thus blocking him in many ways from being re-elected. The 2020 election vote counting process completely lacked a nation wide  process of Sarbanes-Oxley, in other words lacking Implementing risk management procedures, certify the accuracy, maintain and assess internal controls to prevent wrong, misleading, or fraudulent data, This is what Trump and others were  simply talking about questioning the issues of the 2020 election results, including the use of alternate electors used by many other presidents previous to Trump. The 2020 and now the 2024 election lawfare message from the government to the people is out of the Communist/Marxist/Stasi play book strict and clear.
