SHOWDOWN: DOJ AGAIN Refuses to Give Judge Boasberg Sensitive Information on National Security Related to Deportation Flights. The Justice Department once again refused to give Judge James Boasberg sensitive information in a case against Trump’s invocation of the Alien Enemies Act. As White House advisor Stephen Miller pointed out on CNN, the Supreme Court previously ruled that any Alien Enemy Act removals by a US President are not subject to judicial review.

Chief Justice Roberts Defends Rogue Leftist Judiciary, Slams Trump’s Call For Impeaching Judges in Rare Rebuke. On Monday afternoon, the DOJ asked the appeals court to remove Judge Boasberg and reassign the case to another judge. “This Court should also immediately reassign this case to another district court judge given the highly unusual and improper procedures—e.g. certification of a class action involving members of a designated foreign terrorist organization in less than 18 hours with no discovery and no briefing from the Government—that have been employed in the district court proceedings to date,” the DOJ wrote. Early Monday morning Trump lashed out at Boasberg and said he should be impeached. The Justice Department hit back and said the activist judge was trying to force the government to disclose sensitive national security and operation security concerns.
