Trump’s DHS made it clear to Judge Xinis on Tuesday: If Abrego Garcia arrives on US soil, he will be deported to El Salvador again. The DHS counsel also quoted El Salvador President Bukele’s Oval Office comments from Monday: “How can I smuggle a terrorist into the United States? Of course I’m not going to do it.”
