Courthouse Ambush: ICE Arrests Illegal Alien in Virginia Moments After Judge Dismisses Case. Teodoro Dominguez Rodriguez, a 41-year-old illegal alien and house painter, had just walked out of a courtroom a free man—thanks to a dismissed assault charge—when he was immediately intercepted by plainclothes ICE officers. The operation, captured on video and obtained by The Daily Progress, shows Rodriguez being calmly handcuffed and escorted into an unmarked van by Homeland Security personnel. In the video, ICE officers are seen acting professionally as they approach Rodriguez. Despite this, leftist agitators attempted to interfere, demanding a warrant, and a woman physically blocked the agent. Another woman even tried to interfere with the arrest. The lead agent rebuffed her, warning, “Do not touch me or impede me in my lawful duties… There is a crime for you to do so.” (Video)

Leftist Federal Judge Orders Trump Administration to Return ANOTHER Criminal Illegal Alien Being Held in El Salvador – References MS-13 Gangster Abrego Garcia in Her Ruling. A Maryland judge has usurped President Trump’s executive authority to keep dangerous illegal aliens out of America. As ABC News reported, U.S. District Court Pro MS-13 Gangster Judge Stephanie Gallagher last night ordered the Trump administration to facilitate the return of a 20-year-old Venezuelan man deported to El Salvador. The man, identified by the pseudonym “Cristian” in court records, is currently being held in El Salvador’s infamous CECOT mega-prison. Cristian was arrested in Texas for possession of cocaine back in January, which is a felony in the state. He was then removed from America under the AEA.

Trump Administration Utilizes a Brilliant Workaround to Outwit Biden Judge Who Tried to Bar Them from Deporting Certain Illegal Aliens. The Trump Administration pulled off an incredibly creative move to humiliate an activist judge trying to stop them from deporting dangerous illegal aliens. As Axios reported, Team Trump revealed on Wednesday how they managed to avoid violating a federal judge’s restraining order barring them from deporting certain illegals.  The Trump administration, though, exploited a loophole in the ruling and deported several illegal aliens anyway. It turns out Murphy’s order only applied to the Department of Homeland Security, not any other federal agencies. So, Team Trump decided to use the Department of Defense (DOD) to ship out illegal aliens, thus outwitting Murphy. In a Wednesday court filing, an attorney representing DHS pointed out that because the DOD is not a defendant in the case, the deportations it has carried out so far comply with the Biden judge’s order. As Axios notes, the filing cites two cases where individuals were deported to Mexico before Murphy issued his order. It also includes a sworn declaration from a DHS official, who stated that every person deported after Murphy’s court order was sent to Guantanamo Bay before being shipped off to El Salvador on military flights.

BREAKING: FBI Arrests Leftist Democrat New Mexico Judge and Wife for Harboring Illegal Tren de Aragua Gang Member in Their Home. The FBI has arrested former New Mexico Magistrate Judge Juan Cano and his wife Nancy Cano for allegedly harboring an illegal alien with suspected ties to Tren de Aragua, a notorious Venezuelan gang known for trafficking, extortion, and violence. 
The arrest comes just weeks after Cano resigned from his judicial post following a dramatic federal raid at his Doña Ana County residence, where agents apprehended Cristhian Ortega Lopez, an illegal immigrant now charged with unlawful firearm possession and gang affiliation.

But it was built at tremendous cost of American blood and treasure. “Thirty-eight thousand workers died building the Panama Canal. They died of malaria. They died of snake bites and mosquitoes. Not a nice place to work. “It was given away by the Carter administration for $1, but that agreement has been violated very severely. We didn’t give it to China. We gave it to Panama, and we’re taking it back,” he said.  The Chinese State Administration for Market Regulation’s anti-monopoly division stated that they are now reviewing the sale.“We are aware of the comments made by China,“ U.S. State Department spokeswoman Tammy Bruce said. ”It’s also no surprise that the CCP is upset at this acquisition, which will reduce their control over the Panama Canal area. “We are also glad to see U.S. investors acquire a controlling stake in the Panama Ports Company, which owns and operates the ports at Balboa and Cristóbal at either end of the Panama Canal.”
