Former Trump-appointed US Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama Jay Town said it appears Boasberg just appointed the ACLU as counsel for EVERY TdA member in the US regardless of whether they are in DC (Boasberg’s district) or not.The ACLU said “class members” are in at least four different districts throughout the country.“The “class” he’s referring to is unclear to me, but seems to be every TdA member in the U.S,” Jay Town said. “If so, this is an arbitrary and capricious abuse of power,” he said.

Did Judge Boasberg just appoint the ACLU as counsel for EVERY TdA member in the United States, regardless of whether they are in D.C. or not?

The Appeals Court last month said it couldn’t end birthright citizenship so President Trump took the fight to the US Supreme Court.

Refuse the National ID Card "Real ID", Real ID is an unconstitutional National ID that will end state and personal sovereignty. Contact your U.S. Representative and U.S. Senator and ask them to require TSA to withdraw the “progressive reinforcement” rule and to repeal REAL ID.
