Judge Isham has been on the bench for less than two years and boasts of being the “first woman, first Native American, first minority” to serve as a circuit court judge in Sawyer County. According to the FBI, Judge Hannah Dugan obstructed an immigration arrest operation last week. Dugan became angry when she found out that ICE agents were waiting outside of her courtroom last week to arrest Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, an illegal alien involved in a domestic abuse case she was overseeing. She allegedly directed Flores-Ruiz to exit the courthouse through a private jury door to evade arrest. FBI Director Kash Patel said Judge Dugan “intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested at her courthouse.” The shocking criminal complaint detailing Judge Hannah Dugan’s actions leading up to her arrest and felony charges was unsealed on Friday. The DOJ announced Judge Dugan was charged with “obstruction of proceedings before a department or agency of the United States, which carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison, and concealing a person to prevent arrest, which carries a maximum penalty of one year in prison.”

Clinton Judge Halts And Protects From Deportation of Suspected Tren de Aragua Gang Members Under Alien Enemies Act. A federal judge in West Texas halted the deportation of suspected Tren de Aragua gang members under the Alien Enemies Act. US District Judge David Briones, a Clinton appointee, on Friday ordered the release of two suspected TdA members. The judge admonished DOJ lawyers and said they “have not demonstrated they have any lawful basis” to keep the couple detained. The couple, Julio Cesar Sanchez Puentes and Luddis Norelia Sanchez Garcia, arrived in the US from Mexico in 2022 and were granted temporary protected status (TPS) by the Biden Regime. Judge Brett Waronicki, 46, was pulled over in Jensen Beach this week after an officer observed him swerving in and out of lanes. As Waronicki was driving his Ford F-150, he failed to “to maintain a single lane and was striking the fog line multiple times,” according to the arrest affidavit.
