Feds Charge 18 Illegal Aliens with Stealing Social Security Numbers from Americans. More than a dozen illegal aliens have been charged with stealing the identities of Americans, defrauding the Social Security Administration in the process, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials announced on Friday.
