The staffer was reportedly caught and arrested. Tuesday night was President Trump's much anticipated speech to a joint session of Congress and to the nation. Something is terribly wrong with the US Capitol Police! UPDATE: Armed Man Shot Outside White House Identified – Allegedly Wanted to Commit “Suicide by Cop”. The suspect who was shot during an armed confrontation outside the White House has officially been identified. Fox News reported that police sources have revealed the suspect is 27-year-old Andrew Dawson of Indiana. Secret Service agents also stated that he had a firearm and a knife when he was confronted by agents who were looking into an earlier incident. ​President Trump was in Mar-A-Lago at the time. According to DOGE, they have identified that the Small Business Administration (SBA) granted almost 5,600 loans between 2020 and 2021 for $312 million to borrowers where, at the time of the loan, the listed owner was 11 years old or younger. “While it is possible to have business arrangements where this is legal, that is highly unlikely for these 5,593 loans, as they all also used an SSN with the incorrect name.”
