Blaney ruled Thursday that Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes must release the list of 218,000 voters who’s citizenship status was not verified due to a coding glitch in the state’s record keeping system.

Georgia Judge Rules Cobb County Voters Who Received Absentee Ballots Late Can Return Them by November 8 – Including 1,000 Ballots Sent Out of State. The ruling came after the American Civil Liberties Union and the Southern Poverty Law Center filed a lawsuit seeking to extend the deadline. And a far-left judge in Fulton County also ruled on Saturday that absentee ballots will be accepted late in the county. Fulton County Did Not Inform Georgia Secretary of State They Would Count Ballots Over the Weekend without GOP Poll Workers Present – State Senators Descend on Fulton County. RNC Chairman Michael Whatley said Democrat officials are playing fast and loose with election law. According to Georgia state senator representing Forsyth County Greg Dolezal, The Fulton County Registration Manager ordered the staff not to allow GOP observers in the building. “Do not let them in the building. If they want to observe from the parking lot, you can’t stop that but they are not allowed to sit in the building,” the Fulton County Registration Manager said in an email. The GOP is in court seeking an emergency order to sequester the ballots until their appeal is heard.
