A federal appeals court on Thursday temporarily reinstated President Trump’s tariffs after the Court of International Trade in New York said President Trump exceeded his authority to impose tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act of 1977 (IEEPA). The Trump Administration immediately appealed the federal court’s permanent injunction on Wednesday evening. The En Banc order (court’s entire slate of judges) granted the Trump Administration an immediate administrative stay less than 24 hours later. One judge did not participate. The request for an immediate administrative stay is granted to the extent that the judgments and the permanent injunctions entered by the Court of International Trade in these cases are temporarily stayed until further notice while this court considers the motions papers,” the federal circuit court said according to the order reviewed by The Gateway Pundit.

BREAKING: Federal Grand Jury Indicts Milwaukee Judge Hannah Dugan For Obstructing ICE Arrest. A federal grand jury on Tuesday indicted Milwaukee County judge Hannah Dugan for obstructing an ICE arrest last month. Dugan, 66, was previously charged with obstructing a U.S. agency and concealing an individual to prevent an arrest. The two charges carry a maximum penalty of six years in prison and a $350,000 fine, but sentences in cases involving nonviolent offenses typically are much shorter. According to the FBI, Judge Hannah Dugan obstructed an immigration arrest operation last month. Dugan became angry when she found out that ICE agents were waiting outside of her courtroom last week to arrest Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, an illegal alien involved in a domestic abuse case she was overseeing. She allegedly directed Flores-Ruiz to exit the courthouse through a private jury door to evade arrest. FBI Director Kash Patel said Judge Dugan “intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested at her courthouse.”

Illegal Aliens Arrested in Florida for Kidnapping Underage Girls From North Carolina. 14 and 15-year-old girls found in Daytona Beach after disappearing in North Carolina. A pair of illegal aliens have been charged with kidnapping after underage girls from North Carolina were rescued in Florida, authorities say. On May 3, authorities in Clay County, NC, were notified by parents that their daughters, ages 14 and 15, had gone missing. Authorities in Florida obtained warrants for second-degree kidnapping and found the girls unharmed at the residence of the suspects on May 5. The victims were returned to their parents and the men were taken into custody. The suspects are being held without bond in Volusia County Jail on charges of fugitive from justice but are expected to face additional charges after being extradited to North Carolina. Additionally, Immigration and Customs Enforcement has lodged detainers against the suspects, who are reportedly in the U.S. illegally.
